Digital Leaders

Our digital leaders are a group of children from year 4/5 who have shown a passion for technology as well as a keen interest in helping others. The leaders come together every week to monitor our current technology as well as trailing new hardware and software in order to feedback their thoughts. This then determines whether or not it is used in lessons in school.

Additionally, the digital leaders support our teachers in using and delivering the technology within lessons right from nursery to year 6. The teachers have found their knowledge and support invaluable. For example, the digital leaders have supported nursery in using Codeapillas, Key stage 1 with Sphero’s and Key Stage 2 with SeeSaw and Spheros.

The aim is for the Digital Leaders to train the next generation of leaders to ensure longevity for technological advice and support.
